ESMS Mohs Surgery Course and Lab Technician Course 2026

Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the ESMS Mohs Surgery Course and the ESMS Lab Technician Course 2026 will take place in London on 11–12 SEPTEMBER 2026.

These courses offer focused, high-quality training in Mohs surgery, laboratory techniques, frozen section processing, and reconstruction methods, guided by experienced ESMS faculty. Participants can look forward to practical sessions, demonstrations, and opportunities for discussion with peers and experts.

Seats for the course is limited and is given by first come first served basis.

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the ESMS Secretariat at Registration@cap-partner.eu.  

Refund of registration fees will be granted as follows:

  • Received on or before 6 July 2026: Will be refunded with a processing fee of € 30 per cancellation.
  • After 6 July 2026: No refund available. Dinner tickets are non-refundable at all times.

Refunds by bank transfer or credit card will be processed after the conference. No refunds will be granted in case of a no-show.

We reserve the right to cancel the course if there are not enough participants registered before 17 July 2026.

If the conference is cancelled due to other unforeseen events beyond the control of the organisers, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.

If a participant’s application for a visa or ETA is refused, the conference secretariat will refund the paid registration fees only when a copy of the refusal letter is received before September 1st 2026.

Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer) orcredit card (Mastercard or VISA). 

Upon completion of the registration, an automated email confirmation will be sent. Depending on the method of payment, the invoice and/or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is original and will be the only copy you will receive. 

Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

It is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the correct place for immediate payment and you must ensure that the correct VAT number and invoice address are entered during the registration process. Please ensure that the payment clearly states invoice number, as we will not be able to place the payment without this information.

Fees will be charged in Great British Pound Kroner (GBP).

In United Kingdom registration fees are obliged to include 20% VAT.

Visa application
Visas should be applied for well in advance of your intended departure date.

Be sure to book a visa appointment at least 3-6 months before the conference, to begin the visa application.

Please note that while we wish to assist our participants by providing the visa invitation letter, we do not contact the Embassy or Consulate on behalf of participants, and we are not able to influence Embassy / Consulate procedures or decisions.

Applicants should contact the nearest local British Embassy or Consulate to determine the appropriate timing and conditions of the visa application.

Visa Disclaimer
It is the sole responsibility of each registered attendee to research and comply with the visa requirements applicable for entry into United Kingdom in order to attend the course in London. The course organizers are unable to provide advice or guidance regarding individual visa applications or requirements for specific countries. We strongly recommend that all attendees consult the relevant embassy or consular services well in advance of the event. The organisers will not be held responsible for any issues, delays, or costs arising from visa-related matters.

Invitation letter
Participants can request an official invitation letter to the registration team at registration@cap-partner.eu. The letter will only be issued to registered participants who have paid their registration fee in full.

The invitation letter aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa, or permission to attend the course, and is not an official invitation letter covering fees or any other expenses.

If a participant’s application for a visa is refused, the course secretariat will refund the paid registration fees only when a copy of the refusal letter is received 14 days prior the course dates.

When travelling to the UK for this course in 2026, please note that most visa-exempt travellers will be required to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) before departure.

From 25 February 2026, an approved ETA will be mandatory for travellers from visa-exempt countries, including EU/EEA countries, the USA, Canada and Australia. Without a valid ETA, airlines may deny boarding.

Who needs an ETA?

  • Citizens of visa-exempt countries travelling to the UK for short stays (up to 6 months)

  • Children and infants

  • Transit passengers passing through the UK and going through border control

  • ETA is a digital travel authorisation linked to your passport

  • Required before travel – “No permission, no travel”

Applications must be submitted via the official UK government channels:

  • Or via the official UK ETA app

You will need your passport, a digital photo, and to answer a few security questions. Please beware of unofficial websites that may charge higher fees.
