ABSTRACT FORMAT

The abstract should not exceed 4,000 characters, including spaces. If you plan to include a table or figure, please reduce the character count by 400 characters.

For privacy reasons, you cannot upload tables or graphics through the submission form. Instead, please email the figure to af@cap-partner.eu, and be sure to include the presenting author’s name and the title of the abstract.

You may submit only one table or figure in image format, and it must not exceed 10 MB. Therefore, if you include a figure, make sure to reduce your total character count accordingly.

Your abstract title should be brief yet informative, clearly indicating the nature of your study. To ensure a fair review process, do not include the names of authors in the title or abstract text. Instead, you will be prompted to enter the name(s) and institution(s) of all authors when submitting the abstract online.

Each abstract must include the following structured elements:

  • Purpose: Clearly state the goal of the study.
  • Methods: Describe how you selected observations or experimental subjects.
  •
  • Results: Present your findings in a logical order, using text, tables, and/or illustrations.
  • Conclusions: Highlight key insights and their implications. You may include a brief discussion.
  • Conflict of Interest: To ensure transparency, list any potential conflicts of interest for each author.
